Abstract

According to the research objective that is evaluation and selection successful model, new towns Parand, Binaloud, Baharestan Sadra, Sahand are examined where influence regions in major cities and with regard to growth, prosperity and dynamism them positioning. Results indicated that among the cities studied the New Town Sadra according to matrix effectively coordinated and uncoordinated has better. Finally, with choose a dynamic model and SWOT analytical techniques characterized qualitative factors affecting the process and suit strategies to specific circumstances presented in each city.
