چکیده
چکیده توسعه پایدار جدیدترین شعار جنبش زیست- محیطی در سطح جهان است و در درجه اول بر پیامدهای زیست-محیطی و اکولوژیک رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشورها در سطح بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای تأکید داشته است و هدف اصلی آن، این است که توان نسل‌های آینده را در برآوردن نیازهایش کاهش ندهد تا آیندگان نیز بتوانند به میزان نسل‌های حاضر از منابع طبیعی و محیطی بهره ببرند. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در سطح جهانی و نیز در سطح مناطق خشک با تکیه بر مشکلات و کمبودها، این مقاله به ارزیابی و بررسی توسعه پایدار در شهر اردکان در بعد زیست- محیطی می‌پردازد. دراین بعد بر مبنای ادبیات توسعه پایدار و با نگرشی به شاخص‌های منتخب ارایه شده توسط کمیسیون توسعه پایدار، شاخص‌هایی به صورت منتخب در نظر گرفته شده و براساس آنها در ابتدا با استفاده از آزمون ویلکاکسون، مقایسه‌ای با مناطق شهری کشور صورت گرفته است. در مرحله دوم، با استفاده از روش شاخص نابرابری موریس، تفاوتها در محلات شهر اردکان بررسی شده و در نهایت، پایداری و ناپایداری محلات نسبت به هم مشخص شده است. ارزیابی‌های صورت گرفته بیانگر آن است که در مقایسه شاخص‌های زیست- محیطی شهراردکان با مناطق شهری کشور تا حدودی نابرابریهایی به چشم می‌خورد و روند توسعه پایدار در این شهر با کشور هماهنگ نبوده است. همچنین در سطح محلات شهر اردکان نیز ناپایداری‌هایی در بعد زیست- محیطی بوضوح مشاهده می‌شود که به نظر می‌رسد اقداماتی، نظیر توسعه منابع آب، ذخیره سازی آبهای زیرزمینی، گسترش و توسعه فضاهای سبز شهری و غیره تا حدودی در کاهش ناپایداری‌ها مؤثر خداهد بود.

      Abstract  Sustainable Development is the newest slogan of environmental movements in the world and primarily emphasizes aspects of environmental and ecological growth and development of countries in the zonal and international level its main purpose is to prevent the decline of future generationsâ potentiality to fulfill its needs and to provide and to secure the natural and environmental resources of the posterity as well as new generations. Due to the importance of Sustainable Development in the world and in the arid regions, this research evaluates and studies Sustainable Development in Ardakan city in its ecological dimension. In this dimension, regarding the literature of Sustainable Development and by seeing to the key themes suggested by CSD, these indicators are selected and are primarily compared with the urban areas of country by Wilcoxon Test. In the second stage, the differences of development within 17 areas of Ardakan are determined by Mooris inequality Index. The findings of this research indicate a meaningful difference between Ardakan and urban areas of the country and also the unsustainability in Ardakan areas is revealed to us. It looks that measures like hydrologic resource development, preserving underground waters, expanding urban green spaces would be useful for decreasing variations. Â
